How long will it take to get my shirt?

Hold your horses, Keith Moon — we don't keep a dusty warehouse full of re-printed shirts. Every single shirt is freshly printed just for you when you order it.

Here's what that means for your timeline:

  • Production: 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.
  • Shipping: to land on your doorstep add 3–6 business days for the contiguous 48 states or 7-12 for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
  • Tracking: we'll email you a tracking link the second it hits the mail.

Total window: plan for roughly 5–15 business days from order to door. Ordering for a gig? Give yourself some buffer — we'd hate for your shirt to arrive the day after the show.
What if I ordered the wrong size?

Classic sizing gamble. Because every shirt is custom-printed to order, traditional returns aren't how we roll (it's also pretty rough on the environment to ship stuff back and forth). So we use our "Keep It & Split the Difference" rule:

  • Don't mail it back. Keep the shirt you have — give it to your bassist, drop it on your neighbor's porch, or use it as a grease rag for your drum hardware.
  • Just hit up our contact page and tell us what size you actually need. We'll send you the correct size for 50% off, no return required.
  • Pro tip: check our size chart before ordering so you nail it the first time. The Gildan 64000 runs true to size.

How do your shirts fit? Do they run true to size?

We print exclusively on the Gildan Softstyle 64000

Solid color shirts are 100% ring-spun cotton and run true to size. Heather and antique colors contain a polyester blend (anywhere from 10% to 65% depending on the colorway), which makes the fabric slightly more resistant to shrinkage but can also affect how the shirt drapes and fits. If you're between sizes, sizing up is a safe call.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or defective?

If your shirt shows up with a printing defect, a tear, or we accidentally sent you a Kazoo shirt instead of a Drumming shirt — we will fix it. Immediately. No questions asked.
