Drumfoolery is an online-only operation - no public phone number or physical storefront here. If something isn't right with your order, we want to know about it and we will make it right.

THE BEST METHOD
Fill out the form on our main Contact page. Include as much detail as you can (especially your order number) so we can hit the ground running.
DIRECT EMAIL
You can also reach us straight at operations@drumfoolery.com. This is the best method if you need to include attachments with your message (i.e., photos).
RESPONSE TIME
As fast as we can, usually within 1–2 business days. We are a lean two-joker operation run by actual drummers. If we're locked in the practice room, it might take a little longer, but you won't be ignored. If you think we missed you, please drop another friendly message as a reminder.
