We know the wait between clicking "Buy" and holding your shirt is the hardest part. This page explains exactly what happens after you place an order, what to do if something goes wrong, and everything in between.
HOW OUR ORDERS WORK
Every Drumfoolery shirt is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Instead of pulling pre-printed inventory from a warehouse shelf, each order is individually produced, inspected, and packaged before shipping.
Made to Order
Every shirt is printed after your order is placed—never pulled from pre-printed warehouse inventory.
Production Time
Expect a short production window before your shirt ships. Every order is individually printed, inspected for quality, and carefully packaged before it leaves for your doorstep. This process typically takes 2–5 business days.
Ships Directly to You
Once your order is ready, it ships directly to your delivery address with tracking provided by email.
No Traditional Returns
Since every item is custom printed, we can't restock size exchanges like a traditional retailer. Instead, we've created a customer-friendly exchange solution explained below.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Here's your order's journey from "Place Order" to doorstep:
STEP 1: Order Confirmed
You place your order and receive a confirmation email. Your shirt enters the print queue.
STEP 2: Production
Your shirt is printed, inspected, and packed. This takes 2–5 business days.
STEP 3: Shipped
Your order ships via standard U.S. carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way.
STEP 4: Delivered
Contiguous U.S. (48 States & D.C.):
Shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Non-Contiguous U.S. States & Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories):
Shipping takes approximately 9–17 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Window:
5–17 business days from the date your order is placed, depending on your location.
Ordering for a gig, birthday, or holiday?
Give yourself a little buffer. We'd hate for your shirt to arrive the day after the show.
📝 Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the queue the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
Free Standard Shipping
Standard domestic shipping is completely free on every single order.
The price you see on the product page is what you pay at checkout. No hitting arbitrary spending goals, and no premium delivery tiers. Just clean, straightforward pricing. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
Use that saved shipping cash to buy more sticks. Or a cowbell. We won't judge.
Where We Ship
We ship directly via reliable ground networks to all 50 states and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses where supported by our shipping partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
ORDER TRACKING
The moment your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to your door. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
If it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a tracking email, reach out via our Contact page with your order number. We'll investigate and get back to you as quickly as possible.
