We know the wait between clicking "Buy" and holding your shirt is the hardest part. This page explains exactly what happens after you place an order, what to do if something goes wrong, and everything in between.
HOW OUR ORDERS WORK
Drumfoolery is a print-on-demand shop. That means we don't keep a warehouse full of pre-printed shirts waiting to ship. Every single shirt is freshly printed just for you when you place your order. It's a little different from a traditional retail store, but here's what that means for you:
Made to Order
No inventory sitting around collecting dust. Your gear is made on demand.
Production Time
Expect a short production window before your shirt ships (see the timeline below).
Direct Shipping
Each order ships directly from our fulfillment partner to your door.
No Traditional Returns
Because your shirt is custom-printed for you, traditional returns are not part of our model, but we've got a fair solution for every situation.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Here's your order's journey from "Place Order" to doorstep:
STEP 1: Order Confirmed
You place your order and receive a confirmation email. Your shirt enters the print queue.
STEP 2: Production
Your shirt is printed, inspected, and packed. This takes 2–5 business days.
STEP 3: Shipped
Your order ships via standard U.S. carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way.
STEP 4: Delivered
Contiguous U.S. (48 States & D.C.):
Shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Non-Contiguous U.S. States & Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories):
Shipping takes approximately 7–12 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Window:
5–15 business days from order to door (depending on location).
Ordering for a gig, birthday, or holiday?
Give yourself a little buffer. We'd hate for your shirt to arrive the day after the show.
📝 Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the queue the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping
Standard domestic shipping is completely free on every single order.
The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout. No hitting arbitrary spending goals, and no premium delivery tiers. Just clean, straightforward pricing. Just add tax; we can't stop Uncle Sam from taking his cut.
Use that saved shipping cash to buy more sticks. Or a cowbell. We won't judge."
Where We Ship
We ship directly via reliable ground networks to all 50 states and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We currently operate and ship exclusively within the domestic United States. International orders are not supported at this time, though we may expand our product offerings globally in the future!
ORDER TRACKING
The moment your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to your door. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
If it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a tracking email, reach out via our Contact page with your order number. We'll get straight to the bottom of it.
